As a genre, science fiction probably survives translation quite well. The ideas, ghost-like, could jump across linguistic shells mostly intact. I’m very glad to see my stories rendered in Romanian in the pages of Sci-Fi Magazin, where my story will now be read by readers I never would have reached otherwise.
